Take minutes at Club committee meetings and ensure these are distributed accordingly.


Attend monthly committee meeting and Annual General Meeting.

Type up minutes to required standard.

Circulate to Chairman for initial sign off.

Distribute to committee members (by email or post as appropriate).

Copy to Publicity Officer for inclusion on Club website.

Draft an agenda for the next committee meeting, carrying forward relevant action points, and circulate prior to meeting.


Good written communication skills.

Administrative and typing skills an advantage.


Access to a PC and email highly desirable.

Time Commitment

Approximately 4 hours per month (2 hours at Committee meeting, 2 hours to type up and distribute minutes).
